The library is a shared academic resource. To ensure a conducive learning environment, all users are expected to follow these guidelines:
Leave your bags at the property counter. Avoid keeping valuables inside them.
Carry and present your valid College ID card when visiting the library.
Enter your name, class, and ID number in the register at the entrance.
Keep mobiles on silent mode; use inside the library is not permitted.
Get books and belongings checked at the exit gate before leaving.
Maintain strict silence within the library premises.
E-Library computers are for academic use only; personal use is prohibited.
Use OPAC and e-resources at the designated terminals near the E-Library.
For help, contact the staff at the Circulation Counter.
Students may borrow up to 4 books for 1 week.
₹1/day after the first week, and ₹2/day after two weeks.
Return books to their original location on the shelves after use.
Eating, drinking, chatting, and smoking are strictly forbidden.
Journals, newspapers, and magazines may only be consulted inside the library.
Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Check books for any damage before borrowing and report issues immediately.
Avoid marking, folding, or damaging library materials.
CDs can be issued once a week and must be returned in good condition.
Report lost, misplaced, or damaged materials to the library staff promptly.
