Moksh is the official dramatic society of Sri Aurobindo College, dedicated to celebrating the performing arts while driving social awareness through theatre. Believing in the transformative power of art, we use the stage as a platform to inspire, educate, and create meaningful dialogue.
Our society experiments with diverse forms of expression including stage plays, street theatre (nukkadnatak), mono acts, mime performances, and short films. Each production is not just an artistic performance but also a voice for issues that matter. Over the years, Moksh has presented thought-provoking works on themes such as sex education, autism spectrum disorder, and the role of language in shaping identity and communication.
At Moksh, theatre is more than performance—it is activism, storytelling, and self-discovery. We believe that powerful stories can spark reflection and initiate change, making theatre one of the most compelling mediums for social transformation. With every act, every play, and every dialogue, Moksh strives to move audiences, raise awareness, andkeep alive the spirit of meaningful theatre.

The Debating Society of Sri Aurobindo College is in the business of turning quiet thinkers into confident speakers and loud talkers into persuasive voices.
Here's what we do: create a space where your ideas find their voice. Whether you're more comfortable in English or Hindi, we've got you covered. Parliamentary debates, extempore challenges, turncoat arguments—we train across every format that matters.
Our members don't just practice; they compete. They represent Sri Aurobindo College at inter-college tournaments, run Model UN simulations that get the whole campus talking, and host discussions that actually change minds.
The goal is straightforward: sharper thinking, stronger speaking, and a community where good arguments beat good connections. We teach you to analyze what matters, listen to what's unsaid, and deliver points that stick.
